The pricing structure is based on the cumulative block hours you purchase and if it is via phone/email or on-site. For example, with a 20 hour block via phone/email the hourly charge will start at $125.00 per hour for the first block of time purchased. If later you wish to purchase additional 20 hour block, the new 20 block hours will be priced lower, at the 40 hour rate of $110.00. Your next purchase of 20 block hours will be priced at the 60 hour rate of $95.00, and so on. Each block has a life span equal to (Block hours / 10 * 30) days. So, a 20 hour block has a life span of 60 days. Full payment for the block must be received, at least, 24 hours before any support or work request.
