From Pease International Airport, follow signs to Tradeport exit. Take first Left after underpass after leaving Tradeport (to Spaulding Turnpike/Routes 4/16 North). Follow the Spaulding Turnpike (Route16) North towards Dover and Rochester. Go through toll booth. Take Exit 7-Dover/Route 108) and turn Right at the end of the exit. Follow this road for approximately 2.5 miles (and a few traffic lights) into the downtown Dover square (prevalence of old brick mill buildings). At the traffic light at a major intersection, enter the square by veering towards the Right onto Washington Street. You might see the river on your Right. After one long block, the road heads Left, but you go straight (towards a wood, covered pedestrian bridge). The training center is in the multi-story brick mill building on your Right (first door).
